SERVICES
We do offer an initial FREE consultation either by phone,
fax, e-mail or in our offices. Thereafter our hourly fee for consultation on
matters regarding arbitration and/or mediation is $225 per hour.
In 1990 Meyer & Associates became approved
contractors for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Resolution
Trust Corporation in the deposition of structured assets from failed thrift
institutions.
FEE STRUCTURE
Our retainer is negotiated on a per transaction basis or determined on a
project/ hourly fee.
$225.00/hr +expenses.
Our contingent fee is based on the Lehman Formula and will be your guide on
pre-settlement amounts with a minimum fee of $10,000.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The clients we serve include banks, corporations, pension funds,
charitable organizations, individuals, and trusts.
